Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer two shipping options for orders within the US:
- Economy — Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after shipment
- Standard — Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping
We ship to 25+ countries worldwide, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, and more. Two options are available:
- USPS International — Estimated delivery in 10–21 business days after shipment
- DHL Express — Estimated delivery in 3–6 business days after shipment
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders. Some countries may have import restrictions on metal goods — if your order cannot be delivered to your location, we'll reach out to you directly.
